Number of Workflows.
A workflow is a template of approval requests. It has to be built only once by the admin of your Approveit Account. All members of your team that use Approveit will now have pre-set approval forms that they will only need to fill in.
The number of workflows you can create is determined by the Plan you choose
Number of Requests.
An approval request is a message that contains the information that has to be reviewed by your colleague/supervisor so you could get the green light to move on with your task.
The amount of requests your team can make is determined by the Plan you choose.
You can integrate Approveit with the software you use to automate post-approval actions. For example, if you want to approve time-offs, you can integrate Approveit with your HR system so that the time-off would be registered in it automatically upon approval. You can integrate Approveit directly, through Zapier or API with over 3000 apps!
This feature allows you to attach the names of your teammates to their job titles in the Approveit system. Approval workflows tight to the job title, and not the name, will not have to be edited once someone has been promoted or replaced.
Sometimes approval process is not linear. You might need approvals from two or three different departments, or maybe from multiple managers on different levels. With multi-step approvals feature you can set several approval steps and the request will only count as approved when all of them have been completed.
What if, for example, you need CFO's approval for your Purchase Order, but only when the $amount is high? No problem. Set up a condition that will add the additional approval step to your workflow if the amount is higher than a certain number.
