100% yes. We are proud to say that Approveit can be used for approving literally anything: petrol usage, sermon plan, flower orders, farming equipment maintenance… We’ve only listed the most common use cases on our website. That will help us understand your needs better and guide you through the features you’ll find most useful in more detail.

The answer is yes, regardless of how you finish that sentence:) There are three ways to get the integration: Direct integrations. Right now they are available with XERO, QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks, and Jira. We are adding more gradually based on your requests, so don’t hesitate to suggest! Integration through Zapier. Zapier allows us to offer you no-code integrations with 3000+ apps! It’s really quite fascinating. Custom API integrations. You can set up any specific integration you require and our team will be happy to assist you.

Once you sign up for Approveit, the app will offer you an interactive auto-onboarding. It will walk you through the most important steps of setting up your first workflow. You can, of course, skip it, and get back to it at any point. Your team members (non-admins) will be offered a different version of onboarding for requestors. Approveit is very intuitive and we’re working hard to keep it that way. It takes only 5 minutes to set up your first workflow and about the same time to show your team how to use it. There are detailed user guides available for the most common situations: how to sign up, how to build your first workflow, how to set up integrations, etc. If you prefer video instructions, here’s a link to our YouTube channel with short how-to videos.
