Before proceeding with the installation, ensure the following:

Step-by-Step Installation Process

Open your Microsoft Teams application. Click on the “Apps” icon in the left-hand sidebar. Search for Approveit: In the search bar, type “Approveit” and select the Approveit app from the results.

Add Approveit to Teams: Click the “Add” button to integrate Approveit into your Teams workspace.

To collaborate with your team members in Approveit, we recommend selecting a channel where the app will be added. However, you can also simply click ‘Open’.


Save the Approveit Tab to your Channel.
Note 💡: If you didn’t select a channel to add the app in the previous step, you will skip this step
Go to Approveit tab and Sign in.


Complete the Approveit setup by answering the questions in the onboarding form.
Note 💡: If one of your teammates has already installed Approveit, you will skip these steps.
You can start using Approveit now, but to complete the setup and enable full collaboration within your team in Approveit, consents are required. To finish configuring the app, click the link on the banner and ‘Grant access’.


Grant the required admin consents.
Note 💡: To do this please make sure that you have admin rights for Microsoft Azure! If you do not have admin rights – ask your admin to grant the required consents.
