Approveit Guide: How to create a list of products and services in Approveit

Click on your organization

Click on Products

Click on New product/service

Enter a code

Type product name

If you are purchasing this product, please enable the corresponding toggle

Enter the price (it’s optional)

If you are selling this product, enable the corresponding toggle

Enter the price (it’s optional)

Click on Save

Check the settings for the product and service list

If you want to allow users to enter products not in the list in addition to selecting products when creating a request, switch the setting to ‘Manual input’, otherwise, leave it as ‘Product list only’

Click on Save

Then, when creating a request, select a product from the list you created

Or create it manually if your previous settings allow it
